Lucius

Well, the least I can do is introduce myself.

<gets up and walks away from our booth, heading over to the lovely Lesina, any conversation will more than likely be too quiet for others to hear.>
Just so you know, I own a comic book store

Oh, and write a fiction blog for fun

Lucius

My track record with the ladies is not what one would call wonderful. but...
<smiles> For a friend, I would be willing to at least give it a shot. What was the young ladies name?

You can be a little callous <starts giggling> what was it you said to me when i hurt my arm?? i couldn't believe it <the giggling increase although she poorly attempts to keep speaking while putting on a deeper voice> 'come on your fine, i've seen men have a wank with a worse injury!' <falls into fits of laughter>

Stalland

Well from the tales I have heard from the legions, I thoought they would do anything to help a fellow legionary out? Maybe thats why Lucius is not so skilled with the women, but I approve of how the mead has loosened your tongue Red

Lucius waves through the crowd and approaches the girl says something and holds out a hand.

She looks at him with a slightly quizzical expression but smiles, holds out a hand and says something in response.

Perhaps, and I might find a pot of gold on my way home tonight. <Stalland tops Reds cup up with drink>

Lucius takes her hand and bows to kiss the top of it before standing upright once more. he manages to make the manoeuvre look passably elegant even though it is obvious (to some) that he is unfamiliar with the actual method.

He then proceeds to speak quickly at her, while her expression turns to one of surprise. Without giving her the opportunity to react, he turns to Wedlan and calls over an order, then turns back to the girl says something more and gestures behind her.

She stiffens somewhat and says something in response, this time without a smile...

A Pelosian Stranger
"I, ah, yes. One please." He carefully watches the drink being poured, then turns around and surveys the room. As the barman finishes pouring, he asks, "Is there any leading or, how shall I say, fighting men here?" He says this while examining a small handful of coins in clear unfamiliarity.

Wedlan

Well there's a fair few fighting men in the Barge! Just careful they don't end up picking the fight with you! <looks over as Lucius interupts with a drinks order> ...there's one fer you, ex-legionnaire to boot. 'scuse friend <wanders over to serve Lucius>

Lucius quickly affects a contrite look and says something further, after a moment the girls stance softens somewhat and she replies, taking an appraising look up and down Lucius.

She accepts the glass of wine offered and continues the conversation though she still appears slightly guarded.

A Pelosian Stranger

Heedless of the conversational minefield that he is entering, the young man approaches Lucius and says something to him.
