sipping his drink and then turns to titch

Always good to see a man who looks after his guns as good as himself in this world

Titch

It's not just the guns though! A well oiled machine is made of many moving parts, and they must all mesh together, so I make my own bullets, to my own specifications for my custom pistols, and even the holsters are tooled to my own needs to reduce wear and speed up the draw! Deep here seems to think that it's still a less elegant way to go about doing business though...
Just so you know, I own a comic book store

Oh, and write a fiction blog for fun

I agree with you there it sounds like the most elegant way to do business. A man can only trust himself to do things right in this world. I myself always make sure that nothing is left to chance when it comes to my business

Swirls a half empty pint with no interest of finishing it off. Smirks whilst listening to the conversation.

Tenses up  I had just about until you brought it up again. You know something doesn't sit right with me about this whole thing.

Looks back at the half finished drink.

Looks away from group at nothing in particular.

"An interesting way to admit you use drugs to numb yourself to horrors you have to face Karl, do you have much to feel guilty about?

I've killed to many to remember you don't spend 8 years in the deathwatch without your fair share of blood and gore. You only feel scared and shocked the first time you see something like them.
Just have to look at you and Magnus when that thing appeared in the factory both frozen in fear.

motions towards mouse and himself
we have been through worse than that a hundred times over whilst we served and you could see our instincts kick in as it moved for October

Tilts his head for a few seconds as if he's having a hard time processing what you said to his perception of reality

"It is to my eternal shame I must admit to being entranced by the creature in the evil factory, but it wasn't quite fear, more admiration, yes it was an abomination to the work of god, but there was a beautiful elegance to the thing. Shame October was hurt so despite everyone's quick thinking, seems the young must always suffer due to the actions of the old."
