Ah, lovely.  Just wanted to check.  Brekky's one of the best bits.

It's not like I'm counting down the days or anything.
I can still tend the rabbits, George?

Unless people have any objections I suggest Cherry Tree as its cheap, and close to station

The Cherry Tree's almost traditional.  In the past we've been to the Albert and that... Wetherspoon's opposite Turtle Bay.  I forget the name.

The food's okay at the Cherry Tree, the prices are pretty decent and apart from some weird looks from the career alcoholics it's been pretty good so far.

10?

I'd go 9 (I will if other folk are) but it's only around an hour to Manchester.  Even if we get the train for 1, Manchester for 2, accomodation for 3/half 3, venue for 5, that's a good 3 hours with additional beer on the train if folk are so inclined.

But then spoons does an all day brekky so as long as it's before noon, any time's probably cool.

Right Guys, Nationals is now only a week away :D So I should probably put some sort of plan up here.

As normal for those who want to start the day like sane people we will be meeting for beer+breakfast/lunch in the Cherry Tree at 11:30 or later and then head towards train station for the 2pm train.

This plan is pretty fleixble though since Manchester is so close we can grab a train pretty much whenever as long as we have everyone

Once we are there we can go down to Oxford Road and get the bus up to the hotel. As far as I can see we can get either bus 42 or 142 and there should be one every 5 - 10 mins

For reference over the weekend the Hotel address is:

The Rams Lodge
393 Wilmslow Rd
The Ram's Lodge
Manchester
M20 4WA

and their website is http://www.ram-lodge.co.uk/

Also if you are making your own way there can you let me know so I dont have to worry about waiting for someone who isnt gonna show up :P

Any questions/issues ask away

Mike

There goes another year.  Thanks to the various organisers and shepherds, to everybody who got me home because I've become so unfamiliar with public transport that I don't know how buses work and to anybody who was unfortunately required to operate as an adult at any point.

Apologies to the many people I shouted at for calling Knuckles the Echidna an anteater.  Even though it felt justified.  There aren't even any anteaters in the Sonic canon, seriously now.

Special thanks to McDonald's for making me a happy, greasy boy on Sunday morning.

That was a good one!
