Do we have arrangements for transport this year?

I can drive my car again this year if you need volunteers but it's really nice to not have to worry about getting any sleep on Sunday.
I can still tend the rabbits, George?

Happy to volunteer as a driver, though my car's a bit small. Can fit three others comfortably; one'll probably be Jonny since he's also at Storthes. Since I'm teetotal and apparently don't need to sleep, I'm also relatively guaranteed to be in a driving state at either end, which is nice.

I'm not going to be of much help unless someone needs gathering up from somewhere between Dorset and Leicester. Happy to do so though.

The clocks change on the 29th.  Brace yourselves for scheduling snafus.

Transport arrangements for the Nationals are as follows

1. We will be meeting in the Grove at Springwood at around 12 and aiming to leave at around 1pm on the Friday morning

There is a minibus going and the cost will be 40 each to cover hire and fuel - payment on departure
If you're late you get left

The aim is to be at Leicester at around 3/3.30

On the bus I have down
Damo & 50 as drivers

Passengers are:
Ant
Nate
Josh
Mike
Eleanor
Alex
Ben
Afro Dave
Andy Sparks
Seedy
Frankie
Johnny
Stevie

If I've missed anyone or got you down wrong let me know asap
Can you also tell anyone on the list to check it's right

Space will be limited so bear this in mind

If you're transporting an army there may be space in a car to more safely take your stuff

Cheers

Again, I only know the vague area the Grove is in. So I may need a guide finding it.

As is tradition before we all meet up at Grove I will be looking to get to the Cherry Tree for breakfast and a pint at about 10.

You should all join me as there is no better start to nationals than greasy goodness and beer

Find the Albert
Walk to the corner and point yourself up the hill
Walk up the hill past the bus station, under the ring road and keep to the left
You will now be next to the new sports centre being built and be able to see the Grove

You could hit the Grove with a rock from the new sports centre.  It's pretty much just behind it.

I'll bung you my number on Tuesday if anything goes terribly wrong.  My phone's been known to drop calls very occasionally so if you can't get through, texting usually works.

That's not a bad idea. I'd join in but think that booze and Skype goes with driving only poorly. Lousy laws.

There will be no Mini-bus Silliness.

This year everybody will be well behaved and sensible.
