Aww I was hoping they were gonna hold it in the same place as last year rather than having to get hotels

Right peeps

We are booked in and fees paid now for those I had money and choices from - please see the attached form. I know some people wanted to go and play, but for whatever reason I havent had choices or deposits. It may be that we can arrange for you to go, but choice of game might be limited

Check out the attached chart - if you arent on it, have the wrong game or otherwise need to check something get in touch

Also - those of you going, I will be looking into accommodation now so think about what sort of room you want and who you might want to share with.

Ok you lucky peeps

Thanks to the tireless, thankless efforts of the EXEC we have accommodation booked for the nationals

It may a bit cozy for some of us as shall become apparent, but we are booked in to the Stoneycroft Hotel, Leicester

http://www.stoneycrofthotel.co.uk

Rooms may be slightly complicated to arrange, due to the availability BUT we are all in the same place, and its just about as close to the venue as we could want to be too.

There will be a meeting next Tuesday to organise how the rooms will be shared, and finalise costs for rooms & transport.

Many Thanks

PS there ARE NO SINGLE ROOMS - so if anyone absolutely cannot share, let me know, you may have to arrange your own accommodation

Some rooms are quad rooms so it may even be down to sharing a double bed for two of you, again if this is a major issue let me know ASAP as you may have to make alternate arrangements. (plus side is those in quad rooms get it dirt cheap)

Usual arrangement, x people and 1 breakfast per room?

That place looks nice.  Hope we don't piss off the other patrons.

ROOM ALLOCATIONS
Right, this is a bitch of a job and if you aren't happy you've got multiple choices, none of which I care about.

Single Rooms
Ant
50
Damo
Bill

Twin Rooms
Claire P and Claire S
Friday and Eleanor

Triple Room*
Nathan, Josh and Andy Sparks
Mike and AfroDave

Quad Room A
Alex Chan
Ben Smith
Johny C
Adrian Barnes

Quad Room B
Frankie
Chris Dieck
Pete Seed
Stevie H

Now I a apologise to thsoe of you in on Quad room B - its sheer bloody numbers and lack of decent accommodation in Leicester...but its a double bed and two singles, so either two of you would have to be cozy, or someone gets the floor one night and the double bed solo the next.

*I think we have a triple room, if not its a quad room

We'll be fine. We're all good friends in Quad room B right? What happens in Quad room B, stays in Quad room B  ;)
Thanks for sorting this out.

So in the end you couldnt find anyone who could tolerate being with me and Dave? :P

Does this mean we are no longer getting our jacuzzi / porn studio?
